I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Очень вежливый персонал, достойный завтрак, обстановка номера нам очень понравилась, на мой взгляд - аутентичная. В номере было большое окно, из которого открывался вид на озеро.

Very nice hotel close to the cultural center of the city! One of our favorite hotels during our whole 訂房網站 to Vietnam! The rooms are big and beautifully furnished, our room had a very fascinating arched window from which you can see the mountains, the lake and the rooftops - a great view for artists and just lovers of breathtaking views! Our room was a little cold, maybe because it is not serviced constantly (we asked specifically for an arched window, so maybe the room was booked for the first time in a long time, and it was not heated well). Well, and some small problems with the plumbing, which are common in many places in Vietnam where we were. However, the cons did not outweigh the pros! A great place that we will return to if we find ourselves in Sapa again! ♥

The location was really good, close to everything and the town without being to close to the noise etc (Just need walk up the hill) The service and the staff was super nice, happyful and kind. The massage there was also very good and same price as outside. The room was very big, air con had heat and cool, Very happy I choose this places

Pobyt w hotelu oceniamy generalnie pozytywnie. Pokój był bardzo wygodny i przestronny, a przede wszystkim czysty – sprzątanie na wysokim poziomie, co zdecydowanie uprzyjemniło nam pobyt. Niestety, śniadania pozostawiały wiele do życzenia. Jako Europejczycy nie bardzo mieliśmy co zjeść – oferta była bardzo ograniczona i dostosowana głównie do lokalnych gustów. Szkoda też, że widok z okna nie należał do najprzyjemniejszych – zamiast krajobrazów czy zieleni, patrzyliśmy na ściany sąsiednich budynków. Mimo tych drobnych minusów, sam pokój spełnił nasze oczekiwania.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made me feel relaxed and welcome. We requested to shower before embarking on our overnight bus ride and the hotel went out of its way to accommodate us. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile—whether it was answering questions, giving directions, or simply making me feel at home. Their warmth and efficiency truly stood out and made a big difference in my experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be returning!
